Volunteering your time or your skill set is an extremely important part of the P&C and enables your child to have access to fun events, extra recreational activities, technology and sporting equipment and keeps costs down in the canteen and uniform shop.
Without dedicated and helpful parents, none of this is possible. If you can offer an hour or two, please see below the events we could really do with your help and assistance. Thank you!

ELECTION DAY BBQ + CAKE STALL & BOOK STALL
The upcoming Referendum to be held on Saturday 14 October, provides a second chance for a voting day fundraiser this year. We are excited to announce that the GPPS P&C and GPAC have joined forces to host a
REFERENDUM DAY BBQ, CAKE STALL & SECOND HAND BOOKSTALL
and we are inviting all members of the GPPS community to help to make it a success.
As always, all funds raised will go to funding programs and resources for our kid's school.
HOW CAN YOU HELP?
DONATE CAKES + BAKED GOODS
Drop off to the school canteen on Friday 13 October. You don’t have to bake them yourself.
Please let us know what you plan on donating to help with the planning for the day. Please also remember to provide a full list of ingredients with each item.

BBQ + STALL VOLUNTEERS
We need some wonderful volunteers to man the barbecue and serve hungry Grays Point voters with their democracy sausages and delicious cakes.
