2024 AGM Notice

📢 We invite all school community members to join us for the 2024 GPPS P&C Annual General Meeting to be held on Monday, 18 March, at 7pm in the school library.

At this meeting, all Executive & General Committee Positions will declared vacant, and the 2024 roles voted for. If you would like to get involved by nominating for an Executive or General Committee position, you can view our position descriptions in our by-laws here https://bit.ly/48CZYEG

In particular, If you have a knack for numbers and want to positively impact the school, we'd love to hear from you, as our current Treasurer has come to the end of her term! If this role interests you, please email hello@gpps.org.au, and one of our executive committee members will contact you to discuss the details further.

All nominations must be submitted in writing to our President, Dave Standen, at least seven (7) days before the Annual General Meeting. Please email your nomination to hello@gpps.org.au before 11:59pm (AEDT) 11 March 2024

Please note : As per our by-laws all financial members who are present at the Annual General Meeting will be entitled to vote in the election for the new Executive. No proxy votes will be accepted. To be a financial member with voting rights, your membership fee must have been paid before the end of our last General Meeting on 12 February.
